Transcript m | Phi Epsilon Pi—3017 Wheeler PHI EPSILON PI Phi Epsilon Pi. founded in 1901 at the College of the City of New York, has 46 active chapters. 40 alumni associations, and over 15,000 members throughout the United States and Canada. Beta Alpha chapter was founded at the University of Houston on February 14. 1956. Phi Epsilon Pi won the singles tennis trophy this year and placed second in the Marlboro cigarette contest. The highlights of the year's activities were the New Year's Eve Ball and the Annual Dream Girl Formal.
