Transcript | Registrar REGISTRAR KEEPS ACADEMIC FILES Many details about a University of Houston student's academic life, including how many and what courses he is taking, his current grades and his scholastic standing may be found in the Registrar's office. A graduate of the University of Houston, Ramon A. Vitulli was promoted to his present position of registrar in 1950. Mr. Vitulli had previously held the position of director of admissions. RAMON A. VITULLI Counseling and Testing INTERVIEWS ARE AID TO STUDENT Each year the Counseling and Testing Service schedules series of tests for prospective freshmen. Designed to assemble pertinent data as to aptitudes, achievements and attitudes, these tests are aided by interviews between students and trained counselors to determine the field of study best suited for each student. DIRECTOR—Dr. Franklin L. Stovall serves as a professor of psychology as well as director of the Center. Dr. Stovall has had wide experience as a teacher and as a school administrator. 30 DR.
