Transcript | Religious Groups Council They Co-ordinate Religious Activities OFFICERS: Eddie Bond, vice-president; Elaine Hocott, secretary- treasurer; Eddie Hillyer, publicity director; Ray Epps, president. The Religious Groups Council promotes and sponsors various religious activities and programs on campus including Religious Emphasis Week, and programs for Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving. New to the campus this year, the fall lecture series features outstanding speakers of the nation and area. Participating in Cougar Christmasland and backing the Religious Center fund drive are the Council's major projects this year. To date, the thirteen member organizations of the Council have $350,000 toward the building project.
