Yeltsin's government has become more centrist in an effort to survive the difficulties of economic reform and is more acceptable to the majority of Russians. But the 63- Moving legislation along... Now, the 46- year-old politician from Tennessee is using that experience on Capital Hill to help his boss move legislation through the bureaucratic maze. year-old Russian president is not without his detractors.
