Transcript | HRMS hosts royal feast Exotic food and fine wine typified the Hotel Restaurant Management Society's Gourmet Night entitled "An Evening in Paris." This regal display of culinary excellence and professional hosting gave students a chance to gain experience in the restaurant profession and to show off a little. The waiters dressed in tuxedos, and the waitresses wore long, black formals.
