Transcript | A Three-Fold Purpose JL ears ago, an organization of Catholic college students united to form the National Federation of College Catholic Clubs. In 1938, the name of the organization was changed to the Newman Club, in tribute of Jonn Henry Newman, a Cardinal of the Church.
