Transcript Panhellenic Sets Policies to Avoid Chaos JLlealizing that when a large number of women try to do something simultaneously, chaos is inevitable, the sororities on "Big Red's" campus formed the Panhellenic Council to determine over-all policy and to handle administrative matters of common concern to member organizations. Every sorority is an active member of the council, sending two delegates from the chapter. The presidency, a rotated affair, is held by Mary Beth Blasdel of Alpha Phi this year.
