High on the list of the Interdisciplinary Program's 1964-65 plan for excellence was the University Festival. Through this and other activities, the IDP Club worked for the development of a spirit of understanding, tolerance, and personal responsibility so imperative to the growth of the University of Houston. Interdisciplinary Program The high academic spirit of the members of this organization was spread throughout the campus by guest speakers and the IDP Newsletter. This letter includes outstanding student work in the fields of poetry, commentaries, humor, and cultural news. FORWARD: Charles Williams.
