BESSIE EBAUGH A trophy for the best scholarship record in the Women's Fraternal Council was presented to Sigma Phi Mu sorority this spring. Another accomplishment was added to the sorority's list when the Bayou Queen, Fiesta show of Sigma Phi Mu and Alpha Phi Omega, took first place on the midway. Other events of the year included the annual Crown Ball, barbecue at Camp Hudson, Christmas party, dinner for new initiates, and informal parties. A formal was given at the Orchid Room by Sigma Phi Mu and Alpha Phi Omega for the purpose of awarding Fiesta trophies to members of each organization.
