The two-fold purpose of the Lanyard Club is to further the activities of the women's physical education department by sponsoring intramural sports and to offer is members an opportunity for professional experience in the field of physical education. The club has twice beep awarded the trophy for being the outstanding women s service organization. Lanyard activities include working in March of Dimes campaigns, conducting campus elections, selling concessions at Frontier Fiesta, hostessing during Freshman Orientation.
