It is composed of a representative from all schools and colleges, the Cougar editor, the Frontier Fiesta chairman, and the president of the Student Association. Members of the Council represent the students by reflecting their ideas and opinions toward the project. Service buildings of other campuses are studied to evaluate the type of structure needed here. Raising funds for SABUH is the Council's chief administrative function. 91 |
