Transcript Bernard Adams Dwight Barnhart Douglas Belin KAPPA DELTA KAPPA During the five years the Kappa Delta Kappa fraternity has existed it has grown from twelve charter members to a membership that exceeds 125 actives in the alumni and college chapters. The fraternity, founded in October of 1945, sponsors the "Silver Moon Saloon" in Frontier Fiesta and has received the best show award in 1948 and 1950. In the '50 and '51 Fiesta KDK and Kappa Sigma Nu sorority combined to produce the show. The best float trophy in the Fiesta parade in 1950 and the 1950 Homecoming parade were also won by the group. In the Samurai football league the KDK's proved to be the champions in 1948 and 1949. Social events of the year included the annual "Christmas Sweetheart Ball," where the fraternity sweetheart is announced, a Founder's day banquet, rush parties, and informal dances, as well as smokers and picnics.
