Wesley Sponsors Mrs. Jean Rosa Mrs. Bessie Ebaugh Phi Theta Kappa, national junior college honorary scholastic society, is composed of students having a grade average of 2.2 or better. Its purpose is to promote scholarship, develop character, and cultivate fellowship among the students of the University. The outstanding activity this year was the establishment of a scholastic award; other activities were a fall candle-light initiation service, Frontier Fiesta participation, a spring banquet and initiation service,and representation at the national convention held in Independence, Kansas, in March. 95
