Transcript | Ann Arthur Cops Annie Oakley Title The 1956 Annie Oakley title belongs to Ann Arthur, freshman psychology major and member of Alpha Phi. Ann received a $75 western hat and a clock-radio. Two of her Alpha Phi sisters walked away with second and third places. They are Margaret Jackman, second place, and Pat Smith, third place. Nancy Stanley and Suzanne Chinn upheld the Alpha Delta Pi honors by placing fourth and fifth.
