Transcript | The Student Entertainers Club President GLORIA BRIENZA Vice President AL DANIELS Secretary EVELYN ALLDREDGE /BRUCE KING bpomors IN. S. PATTERSON The Student Entertainers Club was formed in 1944 as a service and public relations organization to provide musical and other entertainment for civic and luncheon clubs, service camps and any other groups desiring a high type of entertainment. Since its formation the club has been in almost constant demand. Its members have performed before many thousands of Houstonians and other persons of this entire area. One highlight of the year was the appearance of the Varsity Trio at the Shrine Crippled Children's ball. Another was the provision of its talent and aid to the success of Varsity Varieties. The Student Entertainers Club is planning an expanded program for the future to include special performances before high school groups all over this part of the state. i. |
