The fraternity aims to find friendship among actives and pledges. It strives to establish a goal of brotherhood between all the members. Phi Ep develops fairness in thinking and achievements during the four years as members of Phi Epsilon Pi. Members enjoy such activities as the Halloween masquerade party, Founder's Day, Snowflake Ball, Homecoming Champagne party, Hawaiian Luau, and Dream Girl Formal.
