Character, Leadership Developed by Fraternity A University of Houston-originated pharmacy fraternity, the Alpha Tau Chapter of Phi Delta Chi was founded in 1953 and has been increasing in both quality and quantity ever since. The objective of Phi Delta Chi is to advance the science of pharmacy and its allied interests, and to promote a fraternal spirit among its members. The latter is achieved through various functions such as the annual Spring Formal.
