Transcript | I National Convention in accordance with the provisions of this Constitution. ARTICLE VI. National Executive Secretary. Sec. 1. Subject to the supervision of the National Executive Committee, or its subcommittees, the National Executive Secretary shall have charge of the National Office and the employes in the office, and shall supervise the accounts and the activities' of the party. Sec. 2. He shall be elected by the National Executive Committee for a term of one year, and the National Executive Committee shall fix his salary, and he shall be subject to removal by the National Executive Committee. Sec. 3. Three years continuous membership in the party shall be required to qualify for National Executive Secretary. ARTICLE VII. Conventions. Sec. 1. National Conventions of the Socialist Party shall be held in every even numbered year, and the representation shall be as follows: A.
