Transcript [HE COMMUNIST INTERNATIONAL 55 ldustrial basis with its incomparably higher de- lands to the management, then our productivity |f labor will grow. Is it, however, inconceivable lat the productivity of labor in the capitalist xintries, or, more correctly, in the predominant ipitalist countries, will grow faster than in our |ountry? Without a clear answer to this question le meaningless and wordy statements that our ;mpo "is in itself" sufficient (let us forget the ictitious philosophy about the "speed of the tor- )ise") are insolvent. But the very mentioning of ie rivalry of two systems leads us to the arena ^f world economy and world politics, that is, to ie arena of action and decision of the revolutionary International which includes also the Soviet Republic, but not by any means the self-sufficing Soviet Republic, which secures from time to time ie support of the International. Before, however, iking up this question we will try to reveal its lain contradiction, basing ourselves on the draft urogram.
