Only under the leadership of such a party, can the working class realize its full powers and accomplish its historic destiny. The Communist Party is the highest form of organization of the working class, leading and developing all other forms of special organizations for special purposes. Why the Communist Party Is Part of A World Party The Communist Party of the U.S.A. is part of the World Party—the Communist International.
