Aujourd'hui un journal du matin a publie, sous une forme pas entierement exacte, les declarations d'hier de FAmbassadeur d'Allemagne, en les faisant suivre de comment a ires qui attribuent a cette demarche le caractere d'une menace. L'Ambassaden i d'Allemagne, tres impressionne par ces divulgations, a visite aujourd'hui le Gerant du Departenient politique pour lui dire que ses paroles n'avaient nullement eu le caractere de menace qu'on leur attribue. II a declare que FAutriche avait present e sa note a la Serbie sans entente precise avec Berlin, mais que cepen- dant FAllemagne approuvait le point de vue de FAutriche, et que certainement " la fleclie une fois partie' (ce sont la ses propres paroles), FAllemagne ne pouvait se laisser guider que par ses devoirs d'alliee.
