Transcript	Nov 15. 1935 We the auditing committee have audited the books of the secretary and treasurer of the Houston Saengurbund for the months of Aug Sept and October 1935 and found them tobe correct. The bank balance as of Oct 31st in $234.01 Aug. Kriegel Carl F. Busckener H. Schmitz. Saengerbund Hall's First Anniversary Is to Be Celebrated The Houston Saenguebund will celebrate the first anniversary of the opening of its new hall at 3926 Feagan Sunday. The program will start at 2:30 p.m. woth a concert by Navratil's Brenham orchestra. The chorus of hte Houston Saengerbund, consisting of 40 male voices, will sing a number of selections. There will be several short addressesby prominent Houstonians. Dancing until 12 p.m. will follow the musical program. The Houston Saengurbund was founded October 6, 1883.
