History or Tombstone
"Tombstone Theatre", sponsored and put
on for your entertainment by the Zeta Chi
chapter of SIGMA NU Fraternity, was, originally the "Cavalier Theater", and has had,
to say the least, a colorful history.
Tombstone has had on its stage such
"greats" as "Tex" Schofield, Johnny Rags-
dale, Richard Smith, Wayne Ford, Jenna
Coye Huddleston, AND Tom Anderson, not
to mention many others (mainly because of
what they are "great" at).
"Tombstone" won Second Place Show in
'53; Barely got the dad gum thing built in
'54, but still held its own; then came '55 —
Ah, yes we were on probation that year and
weren't even allowed to have a show, so we
just watched, and came back in '56 with a
small show, yet took FIFTH Place with it.
Watch us for kicks this year, with Vogler,
Toni Stinson, Jesse Owens, Mel Anderson,
Ginger Wright, and Humberto Garcia —■
