Transcript PUT SOME FREEDOM INTO YOUR MEDICATION ^H SCHEDULE It takes strong medicines to fight HIV. But your medicines also have to be easy to take. That's why many people now take ZERIT (also known as d4T) as part of their HIV therapy. Most people tolerate ZERIT quite well. You take just one capsule twice a day, with or without lixid. And you can combine ZERIT with most olher medicines you might be taking. w^^m ZERIT is approved for the treatment of HIV- infected persons who have already received prolonged AZT therapy. However, there is no cure for HIV infection. People taking ZERIT may still develop infections or other conditions associated with HIV. Please note that all HIV drugs cause side effects. ZERIT has been shown to cause tingling or pain in the hands or feet in 13% to 24% of people. ASK YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT Zerit (stavudine) Capsules ALSO KNOWN AS d4T
