Sinclair why the Houston Negro Hospital did not get first class ratings from the American Medical Association. Bright points out that the Negro Hospital was not even considered for rating because it does not fulfill the requirements for being reviewed. The hospital will not be considered for review until it is able to qualify for intern service. |
