Description | Copy of a letter to W. W. Moore from J. W. Slaughter concerning the Houston Negro Hospital and how everything is on the road to a successful future. He makes mention of Margaret H. Bright and J. B. Grigsby and commends them for the work that they have done for the hospital. He then talks about how the X-Ray equipment is now in operation and how there will be a way to purchase surgical equipment. J. W. Slaughter also hopes that the Rosenwald Fund will be interested in assisting to develop a school for nurses. |
