Description | A copy of a letter by Joseph S. Cullinan in which he thanks street and bridge commissioner S. A. Starkey for his praise of the Houston Negro Hospital and his interests in its improvement. Mr. Joseph S. Cullinan desires the Houston Negro Hospital to be a model of efficiency and economy so that it may be emulated in other cities and communities. Mr. Joseph S. Cullinan also praises the Autry Memorial Hospital School as the first of its kind in the country. |
