Description | In this letter, J. Y. Powell says that he was unable to attend a meeting of the council the mayor had invited him to, but that he has made arrangements to meet at another time to discuss the issue. Mr. J. Y. Powell also informs Mr. Joseph S. Cullinan that Dr. J. W. Slaughter has been able to transfer enough patients to keep the hospital running for a few more days. |
