Description | Letter to Mr. Joseph S. Cullinan from W. W. Moore referring to the status of the Houston Negro Hospital. The letter brings up six points concerning the charter of the Houston Negro Hospital including electoral procedures and the need to create a formal written agreement between the hospital and the city approving the program of financing the institution. One of the items points out that the plan to sell membership certificates is not successful. W. W. Moore suggests that they try to raise $2500.00 worth of donations. W. W. Moore requests that a report be submitted by the Board and Advisory Committee to the Mayor and City Council. |
