Description | Letter written by Margaret H. Bright, Superintendent of the Houston Negro Hospital in which she thanks Mr. Joseph S. Cullinan for the letter he sent to the street and bridge commissioner, Mr. S. A. Starkey, regarding the bad shape of the roads around the hospital. Miss Margaret H. Bright invites Mr. Joseph S. Cullinan to come visit the hospital and expresses her gratitude to Mr. Joseph S. Cullinan for looking after the betterment of the hospital. |
