Transcript American Airlines first class meal as prepared by Marriott In-Flite Services. Dinner prepared for Braniff International. The magnitude of Marriott In-Flite Services operations is evidenced dramatically by the fact that our flight kitchens handle more than 150 different menu patterns daily, varying from simple breakfasts to elaborate multi-course Continental dinners and buffets. Each of these menus is prepared according to strict specifications of the individual airline client and is served in the airline's own food- service trays, dishware, glassware and silverware. The preparation of all first-class and tourist menus is geared to an exacting time shedule, subject to changes up to 45 minutes before flight departure. Meeting such demanding food-service requirements is a complex business, in which efficient, economical service requires major capital investment, and skilled personnel. Our flight kitchen staffs include food preparation specialists who work under the direction of professional chefs. This depth of experience and emphasis on every factor relating to the maintenance of high standards of quality, service and efficiency have resulted in our company's position of leadership in the in-flight food industry.
