Transcript two restaurants that had been completely re-built. This year's specialty restaurant expansion was highlighted by the opening of an elegant Sirloin and Saddle restaurant in Washington, D.C. In addition, Hot Shoppes Caterers Division, the name of which has been changed to Marriott In-Flite Services, added two new operations. Marriott Motor Hotels opened a new Motor Hotel in Atlanta in September 1965 and will open another in Saddle Brook,N.J. in February 1966. We also expect to break ground this winter for a 410-room Marriott Motor Hotel near O'Hare Field in Chicago. We are pleased to report that the construction of our new Washington commissary commenced this past May. This modern manufacturing plant will be designed to include facilities for the production of frozen food products for our restaurant operations. Samples of these products have been undergoing thorough testing in our research kitchen for the past two years. It is expected that all divisions will continue their rapid growth in the years ahead. The growth in airline travel will continue to provide our airline division with additional customers. Expansion into the 15^ hamburger market opens up a vast new market for our products, and the energetic sales efforts of our Food Service Management Division are adding many new accounts. We have increased the staff of our Real Estate Department to keep pace with our rapid expansion program, and our management group is continuing to undergo extensive training in all phases of restaurant and hotel management in order to better handle the complex problems of the future. Futhermore, our employees profit sharing program and our management deferred stock program are providing worthwhile incentives to all employees in reaching these future goals. We are proud of our mounting record of successes achieved through the efforts of our more than 10,000 employees, whose cooperation and enthusiasm are the backbone of our operations, and through the patronage of customers, whose loyalty through the years has enabled us to continually expand, and thereby more fully serve their needs. We would like to extend to you, our shareholders, our sincere gratitude for your confidence and support, and to invite you to move forward with us toward an even brighter future. *«^S<f J.
