Brandywine Ballroom, Philadelphia Marriott MARRIOTT MOTOR HOTEL SPECIALTY RESTAORANTS Jorgen Viltoft Sirloin and Saddle— Washington, D.C. The success of the company's new specialty restaurant program is due in large measure to serving a variety of the high- quality foods in attractive, comfortable surroundings. The Marriott Motor Hotel restaurants meet this requirement in every way with diversified types of the finest hotel food operations, ranging from coffee shops to the exotic Kona Kai Polynesian Restaurant. Included in this diversification are the popular family-style Fairfield Inns, the elegant Sirloin and Saddle Steak Rooms and the Windjammer and Stirrup Cup Lounges. The acceptance by the dining-out public of these highly acclaimed restaurants has led to expansion in locations other than our motor hotels. Recently a Sirloin and Saddle was opened in the multimillion dollar Severance Shopping Center in Cleveland, Ohio and another with a Windjammer Lounge in the Universal Building in downtown Washington, D.C. The Banquet Departments of the Marriott Motor Hotels, under the direction of the Specialty Restaurant Division, prepare and serve the finest meals ranging from small buffets to banquets for large convention groups. This division, through constant efforts to maintain the highest standards of food and service, continues to expand in this highly competitive field. Ai Wh |
