Transcript SERVICE RESTAURANTS Woodrow D. Marriott T. Lawson Combs Wholesome, moderately priced food for the whole family, efficiently and courteously served in pleasant surroundings ... That was the basic policy of operations set by Mr. Marriott back in 1927 and it is the same policy which, through the years, has guided the company's ever-expanding operations. Hot Shoppes' Service Restaurants are the backbone of the company's operations, the base from which the company's present-day diversification evolved. Our Service Restaurants—including Hot Shoppes Family Restaurants and Mighty Mo Drive-ins all combine prime location, attractive facilities and excellent service. And, to insure continued outstanding customer relations and service, all Service Restaurants are periodically remodeled, and kitchen equipment is constantly being kept up to date. Hot Shoppes' Service Restaurants also feature Pantry House carry-out service with a wide range of selections, ranging from baked holiday turkeys to picnic baskets, from Hot Shoppes own bakery and premium ice cream items to Pappy Parker's Smoky Mountain Fried Chicken, a uniquely delicious chicken developed in Hot Shoppes' test kitchens. The Service Restaurant Division continuously strives to maintain the most efficient and highest quality food service to our customers. Strict adherence to company standards and policy are prime factors in continued growth of this division.
