Transcript 2. The State Communications Coordinator shall record the official business of the State Convention and of the State Council; shall disseminate these records to the members of the State Council within one (1) month following the State Convention and within one (1) month following each meeting of the State Council; shall maintain a roster of State Council members; shall be responsible for a state newsletter; and, in the absence or inability of the State Coordinator, shall perform the duties of the State Coordinator. 3. The State Treasurer shall receive and disburse all funds of Texas N.O.W.; shall prepare a financial statement to be distributed at the State Convention; shall issue financial statements to the State Council at its regular looctinasi and shall maintain a state iiiembership list. 4. The State Membership Coordinators shall, in their respective areas, assist in chapter growth and development and in the convening of new chapters; and shall 'represent on the State Council the at-large members, from their respective arears. C. Vacancies in Office. When .a vacancy in office occurs in: a state office between state conventions, the State Council, by a majority of those members present and voting, shall elect a replacement to serve until the next State Convention. A vacancy occurs whenever a state officer resigns or misses two (2) consecutive State Council meetings or a total of three (3) meetings in term of office. VIII. DU_S: Texas N.O.W. dues shall be One Dollar ($1.00) per"year. , IX PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY; Except as herein provided, ail^roceedlngs of Texas N.O.W. shall be governed by Roberts' Rules of Order, latest edition.
