Transcript | The next issue of this newsletter will be the last one produced by the present staff. This early notice is being given so that those of you who might have an interest in working on the BROADSIDE will have ample time to volunteer. The following functions are required in putting together the newsletter: editing, reporting, copywriting, typing, layout, advertising solicitation and billing, and distribution. Distribution involves coordination of work parties to assemble, address, and bundle the newsletter, as well as physically getting it to the post office. The work is difficult, the pay is zero, and the frustration level is high at times. However, there is the satisfaction of putting out a tangible product at regular intervals, advancing the cause of feminism, and getting an occasional pat on the back. I highly recommend it.
