Transcript PROGRAM MEETING Have you ever attend a political party's precinct convention? Do you know what to expect if you attend one? Our April program meeting will consist of an explanation and discussion of how to participate in your political party conventions and other activities. Political parties are fundamental to our political system. If women are going to have an impact on our society, we must learn how to use the currently existing tools. This year, Texas' political party conventions will help determine who will be the nominees of the political parties for President of the United States. Join us at 7:30 PM on April 7 at the Clayton Library to learn how to be part of the process of choosing our next President. STATE COUNCIL MEETING At a meeting on February 28, the State Council adopted a resolution that funds be raised for feminist litigation. Accordingly, such a fundraiser will be held at the forthcoming state conference. "Spirit of Equality '76" was chosen as the theme for the conference. Sarah Weddington will be the conference keynote speaker. The next State Council meeting will be in Huntsville on April 17. We do it House of Coleman is more than a fine print shop.
