Transcript —A facility must be inspected at least once a year, and at least one inspection per year must be unannounced. —A six-month, provisional license shall be issued to facilities under certain circumstances such as when a facility is relocating or changing ownership. —Church-operated facilities must be licensed. —Procedures by which a facility may appeal a decision to revoke its license are streamlined with specific time limits set for each phase. —Licensing departments within local Department of Public Welfare offices shall offer consultation services to potential applicants. —A State Advisory Committee for child care facilities shall be formed to review licensing standards and to advise the Division of Licensing.
