Ms. Watson is ,.nti-abortion in outlook. But, nevertheless, the appointment of Ms. Watson to this position is a step forward for women in this area. And a new poll conducted by the Center for Public Policy at the University of Houston shows Ann Richards is the front-running Democrat in the race for governor—though, with so many undecided voters, a run-off will probably be necessary. |
