The event is produced by The Athena Art Project, a non-profit organization supporting the artistic endeavors of women. - f»— — Breast Cancer Prevention Study The Breast Cancer Prevention Trial (BCPT) is still seeking women at increased risk for developing breast cancer to participate in its ongoing study. Tamoxifen, the most commonly prescribed and widely studied cancer therapy in the world, is being investigated to determine if it can be used to reduce the development of breast cancer. To be eligible for the Trial, a woman must be at least 60 years old OR 35 to 59 with some risk factors that would increase her likelihood of developing breast cancer. Trial participants in the Houston area are screened and treated at M. D. Anderson Cancer Center.
