2 cups Applesauce
2 packages Jello (any flavor)
2 cups 7-Up
Heat applesauce to boiling. Stir in Jello and
continue cooking until all the gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir in 7-Up. Pour in
suitably sized pan and refrigerate until set. Serve
with whipped cream. Note: This recipe is just as
tasty with unsweetened applesauce, sugar-free
Jello, diet 7-Up and low-cal whipped topping but
