[signed] Sylvenus Castleman ^ C Senor Commissioner Baron de Bastrop — Loky Self, native of the United States of America and currently resident of the Province of Texas, I say before you: That having moved to said place with my family and interests with a desire to settle in the Colonial Settlement permitted by the Superior Government of the Mexican Nation to the Empresario Stephen F.
