Description District Court petition of George H. Scull and Evans charging that Stephen R. Roberts, Justice of the Peace, issued a writ of sequestration against Scull and then with Constable William W. Arrington proceeded to prematurely enforce the writ; petitioners request that a Writ of Trespass vi et amis be issued against Roberts and that they be awarded $1000 in damages.
