Co-Medalist in NCAA 1959 (Still shares the record). Runner-up in Medal Play in NCAA in 1960. Won 1958 All America. Placed 9th in NCAA Medal Play in 1958. Won Missouri Valley Conference 1959 and 1960. Won Border Olympics in 1960. Won Tucker in fall of 1957. Runner-up in 1959 All America. 4th in 1960 All America. Teamed with David Boies to win the All America Low Two Ball Championship 1958. Runner-up in Trans-Miss in 1960. Selected on NCAA Golf Coaches All America Team for 1959 and 1960. Runner-up in 1959 Border Olympics. Tied for 2nd in 1959 Pikes Peak and was runner-up in 1960. Runner- up in Lake Charles Intercollegiate 1959 and 1960. Won Lake Charles Open in 1960. Didn't make a double bogie his junior year . . . 1959. Certainly one of the most consistent golfers if not the most consistent player to ever play college golf. Member of three All America Championship Teams 1958-1960. Member of 1959 and 1960 Missouri Valley Conference Championship Teams. Runner-up in 1959 Southern Intercollegiates. RICHARD CRAWFORD JACKY CUPIT LARRY BECK — Fall, 1959-Spring, 1960. Home: Kinston, North Carolina. Transferred to UH from Campbell Junior College in North Carolina. Played on 1960 All America Championship Team. Won Pikes Peak Intercollegiate 1960 (shot 217 . . . still a record). Co-champion of All America in 1960. Won UH School Championship 1960. Played on 1960 Missouri Valley Conference Championship Team.
