This Is a comprehensive course which focuses on the fascinating history and literature of birds, birdwatchIng, man's relations with birds, and the ethics of conservation. Two field trips included. Mondays at the Arboretum, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. for 6 weeks. Two sessions: Sep. 12-Oct. 17; Oct.31-Dec. 5. $30. ONC regular meeting, 8:00 p.m. at Garden Center In Hermann Park. Texas Fish-eating Bird Conference wllI be held at the Dallas Museum of Oct. 28-29 Natural History. The conference will consist of technical papers, survey reports and other Items.
