MINUTES, REGULAR MEETING, ORNITHOLOGY GROUP, DECEMBER 6, 1973
Marilyn Crane, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 7:35 P.M.
Motion was properly made, seconded and carried that there being no
additions or corrections to the Minutes of the October Meeting they
be accepted as printed in THE SPOONBILL and their reading be dispensed
Accepted as read was the Treasurer's Report for the period October 1,
1973 through November 30, 1973 which showed receipts of $110.79, disbursements of $173.56 and balance on hand of $536.87.
Approximately 50 people were present for the meeting, three of whom
were guests. The latter were introduced and extended a warm welcome.
Following announcements concerning future meetings and field trips
(members were encouraged to sign up for the Christmas bird count and
the week-long trip to southeast Arizona, hopefully In late spring)
Dr. Frank Hsu reported that the slide library catalogue was practically complete and will probably .be ready for publication next month.
