Flickinger, Research Biologist for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, P.O. Box 2506, Victoria, Texas 77901, is making a study on the decline in population of the Fulvous Tree Duck (Dendrocygna bioolor). He asked that the Houston OG send to him all observations of the Fulvous Tree Duek that we have. Let's cooperate with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in this important study.
