Williams I have underlined and numbered the observations that I personally thought most interesting and tendered details thereto. I regret that I was unable to incorporate all of the Snyders' observations into the Clearing House but I had already compiled it when their reports arrived. I do not wish to infer that they were tardy. I jumped the gun and started compiling too soon. A word about submitting material. Aword about submitting material. I would appreciate any help submitters could render in arrangement of material, either in alphabetical or AOU form.. As a submittee I was inundated by a deluge of information in all sorts of order including none. It took a little under 27 hours to compile. If you cover an area fairly regularly, a brief summary accompanying your observations would be greatly appreciated by one and all I am sure. Please forgive my long-winded dissertations in this issue but I felt most of it to be necessary in my introductory edition. I hope to be able to shorten the Clearing House by further modification of the Key. Please keep submitting your reports even if you don't have time to nut them in order. If I have made any glaring errors, try to bear in mind I am still a novice. T. Ben Feltner. 1.. Eared Grebe:: (l) 9/18 Cove AKM Pied-billed Grebe:: (3-7) 9/1-9/30 Nav. Dist. TBPs (l) 9/17 Gal.
