Transcript CRARMMG RED BRICK CDLDMAL T's hard to beat the magnetic charm of a red brick S. L. CAMPBELL colonial home. This lovely model built by Stuart L. Campbell blends traditional modern. Designed by Dunaway and Jones, it is located at 5119 Jackwood. The exterior has a courtyard entrance way with three white columns and floor length windows. The floor plan follows the modern trend with open space arrangement and outdoor living area. It-' ":'-'.., ' • „ The entrance hall leads to the living room, dining room and family room. The living room has a large bay window fronting the lot and is carpeted. It has a raised ceiling following the line of the rafters. The family room and kitchen flow together separated by a serving bar. The kitchen is all electric and paneled in birch cabinets and wallpaper trim. It is billed as an American Pioneer kitchen with L and H copper oven and range, American garbage disposer and dishwasher. The family room opens onto the outdoor living area which is concrete and has a covered walk leading to the detached garage. The bedroom wing opens off the family room and has a hall leading to all bedrooms and a bath, which can be used as guest bathroom. The home has a wood shingle roof and is air-conditioned with a Chrysler Airtemp unit. It is furnished by Waddell's Colonial Shop. Landscape Design by Fred Buxton S. L.
