Transcript | 1981 World Fantasy Awards Reader Ballot c o (rt c O 05 r- r- Instructions: All members of the 1979, 1980 and 1981 World Fantasy Conventions are eligible to nominate. All nominated material must have been published in 1980, or have a 1980 cover date. Only living authors are eligible. When nominating stories or other material that may not be familiar to all the judges, please include pertinent information such as author, editor, publisher, magazine name and date, etc. You may nominate up to five (5) items in each category, in no particular order. The items are not point rated. Those two (2) items receiving the most nominations in each category will automatically be placed on the final ballot. The winners will be chosen by the panel of judges. Deadline: Ballots must be postmarked no later than June 26,1981. Life Achievement Award (Previous winners Robert Bloch, Fritz Leiber, Ray Bradbury, Frank Belknap Long, Jorge Luis Borges, and Manly Wade Wellman are ineligible.)
